Cancellation Policy

Appointment, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: By booking a session, you agree to the following terms. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment before your scheduled time. Rescheduling can be done through your booking confirmation or by emailing me for assistance. However, appointments cannot be rescheduled after a no-show. If you experience any issues joining the meeting, you must contact me before or during your appointment time. I cannot accommodate requests made after the session has already ended. If you do not see your meeting link for zoom sessions, please check all email folders, including spam or promotions. Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and in an appropriate environment for the session. This includes: Stable, working Wi-Fi Being stationary (not driving or in transit) No smoking or distracting behavior Respectful and focused participation Failure to meet these requirements may result in the session being considered a no-show, and refunds will not be provided. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. Respect Policy: Disrespect of any kind will result in immediate termination of the reading. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a reading at any time if a client displays disrespectful, aggressive, manipulative, or inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to: Speaking to me in a rude, dismissive, or hostile manner Pressuring me for specific answers, outcomes, or timelines Questioning my integrity, abilities, or boundaries in a disrespectful way Attempting to control the reading or argue with the messages received Disregarding stated policies, boundaries, or instructions My work is rooted in mutual respect, energetic consent, and emotional safety. Readings are a collaborative experience, not a debate or demand-based service. Please be open to the experience or don't show up. If a session is ended due to disrespectful behavior: The reading will not continue No refunds will be issued Future services may be declined By booking a session, you agree to approach the reading with openness, respect, and understanding. No refunds. No exceptions.
